Fabrication of Silicon Schottky Diode by a Simple Silver Patterning

We are proud to share that Dr. Raghupathi Reddy and Dr. Thirupathi, Assistant Professors in the Department of Physics at Anurag University, have published a research paper titled “Fabrication of Silicon Schottky Diode by a Simple Silver Patterning.” The paper has been published in AIP Conference Proceedings (Vol. 3361, 030035, 2025).

The research focuses on developing a simplified fabrication technique for silicon Schottky diodes using silver patterning, aiming to improve efficiency and ease of production in semiconductor devices. This study contributes to advancements in electronics and materials science by offering practical approaches to device fabrication, with potential applications in modern electronic circuits and semiconductor technologies.
