Mechanical Engineering Faculty Publish Research on Filmwise and Dropwise Condensation
Faculty members from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Anurag University — Dr. Md. Sikindar Baba, Professor & Controller of Examinations; Dr. S. Naga Kishore, Assistant Professor; Dr. B. P. Maddilety, Assistant Professor; and Dr. T. Krishnaiah, Professor & Head — have successfully published a research paper titled “Heat Transfer Characteristics of Filmwise and Dropwise Condensation on Vertical Tubes in the Presence of Air: An Experimental Study.”
The research was published in the journal Research and Applications in Mechanical Engineering. The study experimentally examines heat transfer characteristics associated with filmwise and dropwise condensation on vertical tubes in the presence of air, contributing to the understanding of condensation and thermal performance in mechanical engineering applications.
