Chemistry HoD Publishes Research in Q2 SCIE Journal

Anurag University congratulates Dr. Savita Belwal, Professor & Head of the Department of Chemistry, on the successful publication of her research paper titled "Solid-Phase Synthesis of Semaglutide: Using Novel Fragment Coupling Strategy to Overcome Aggregation, Improve Yield and Quality" in the International Journal of Peptide Research and Therapeutics (Springer). Indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science (SCIE), the journal is ranked in the Q2 quartile with an Impact Factor of 2.5 and an H-Index of 42, highlighting the quality and global visibility of the research.
The study introduces a novel fragment coupling strategy for the solid-phase synthesis of Semaglutide, a widely used peptide-based therapeutic.
